Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare model that gives patients access to their physician through a monthly-fee membership. The practice will not bill insurance. Instead, you will have access to routine primary care services, longer appointments, same-day or next-day office visits, telehealth visit options, direct communication with your doctor, and personalized care without copays or unexpected bills. DPC is designed to make healthcare more predictable, accessible, and relationship focused.

Dr. Justin Rondinelli is a board-certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, offering whole-family primary care from adolescence through adulthood, including complex and chronic conditions.
Northwestern University, B.A. in Biological Sciences with departmental honors (2008–2012); Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (2013–2017); residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center/Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland (2017–2021); Chief Medical Resident (2021–2022).
